Dr. Overcasher was terrific. She patiently took me through the entire hearing screening/examination process and had some very useful suggestions to help me with my general ear health. After the screening was completed she let me try out the set of hear aids that she felt suited my needs the best, but didn't pressure me into making the purchase, instead she left this important decision up to me. Amy Dr. Overcasher's receptionist is very cheerful and friendly and patiently explained the finance options that were available.
